Terms of Service & License (EULA)
Last updated: 11 June 2026
These terms ("Terms") set out the rules for using the Bruum mobile application (the "App"), published by Autofixer.com sp. z o.o., registered office: ul. Stanisława Staszica 24, 21-400 Łuków, Poland, KRS 0000907364, NIP 8252192865, REGON 389237960 ("we", the "Provider"). By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms.
1. What Bruum is
Bruum is an app that connects to an OBD-II adapter in your vehicle, reads diagnostic data and — with the help of an AI assistant — helps you understand your car's condition: it explains faults, estimates fuel consumption, analyses trips and predicts potential issues.
2. Important safety disclaimers
Do not operate the App in a way that distracts you while driving. Obey traffic laws. Use features that require attention only while parked.
3. Account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. The information you provide should be accurate and up to date.
4. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play). The license is granted, not sold.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the App beyond what the law permits; (b) use the App unlawfully or to infringe the rights of third parties; (c) interfere with the operation of the App or our services.
6. Intellectual property
The App, the "Bruum" brand and related content are the property of the Provider or its licensors. Vehicle manufacturer and model names belong to their owners and are used solely to identify your vehicle. Bruum is not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
7. Fees
Version 1.0 of the App is free. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, their terms will be presented before purchase and billed through the App Store or Google Play.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages resulting from decisions made on the basis of information from the App, in particular indirect damages. This section does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (including towards consumers).
9. Privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account in the App (Profile → Settings → Delete account) and uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. For consumers, this does not exclude the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
12. Changes
We will inform you about material changes to the Terms in the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Apple-specific provisions (EULA)
The following applies when you use the App downloaded from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are concluded solely between you and the Provider, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App; that obligation rests with the Provider.
- If the App fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple gives no other warranty, and any remaining warranty claims rest with the Provider.
- The Provider, not Apple, is responsible for claims relating to the App (including product liability, legal compliance and consumer protection regulations).
- In the event of a third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, the Provider, not Apple, is responsible for the defence and resolution of the claim.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them.
14. Google Play provisions
When you download the App from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service additionally apply. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service regarding distribution, the Google Play terms prevail.
